The invention discloses a manufacturing method for an oily cowhides dried fabric. The fabric is manufactured by covering cow split leather with a protection layer consisting of a surface layer, a foamed layer and a backing material layer. The protection layer is mainly made of PU (polyurethane) oily cowhides resin with third-dimension impression, high-elasticity PU resin and foamed resin; a leather blank adopts the cow split leather with the low cost; compared with a wrapper, the fabric disclosed by the invention is low in cost; the monotonicity in wrapper coloring is avoided; a third-dimensional color is outstanding; a market demand is met. The fabric manufactured by adopting the manufacturing method disclosed by the invention is higher in abrasion resistance performance than that of the wrapper and is high in ventilation property.
