Heat pipe and manufacturing method of the same applying slope type mesh wick

PURPOSE: A heat pipe and manufacturing method of the same applying slope type mesh wick are provided to increase capillarity to improve heat transfer. CONSTITUTION: A slope type mesh wick(110) is inserted into a pipe(100). A spiral spring(120) with a rectangular section is inserted into the pipe to support the slope type mesh wick to be attached on an inner circumferential surface of the pipe. The slope type mesh wick is made of fine wire(130) knitted. The pipe is processed by pressing to integrally have an upper and a lower flat surfaces and both side arc parts. The slope type mesh wick is inserted into the pipe as a pair and pressed together with the pipe to be placed on the both side arc parts, respectively.
