Review on Modeling of Multi-heterogeneous Energy Systems

Coordinated operation of multi-heterogeneous energy systems is an inevitable tendency in the development of future energy systems. It plays an important role in the large-scale renewable energy integration and improving the energy efficiency. In this paper, the concept of multi-heterogeneous energy system is proposed in two aspects- “source-network”. Research progress around the world in modeling of multi-heterogeneous energy systems is introduced. Related problems on modeling of multi-heterogeneous energy systems and the direction of the development in the future are well summarized and prospected.
