From the literatures of treating early type 2 diabetic nephropathy in WM and TCM writed in recent years,there were many advantages in these place such as improved patients'clinical symptoms,reduced urinary protein and delayed on the renal function deterioration.This article writed a review progress of treatment in Traditional Chinese medicine,Western medicine and Intergrative medicine.Treating early type 2 diabetic nephropathy was fitted with modern medical treatment as a basis combined with TCM,through differentiation linked with identifying disease,Traditional Chinese medicine linked with Acupuncture,delay on the development of diabetic nephropathy,improve the renal function,have a bright prospects in treating diabetic nephropathy.
