The present invention provides a method for an internal combustion engine piston of the combustion chamber throat aluminum strengthening treatment, technical points are: the piston blank rough finished using TIG method at the throat of the combustion chamber piston remelted, and natural cooling air taken; piston remelting process to obtain the finished product finishing, the depth of remelting layer is 0.5 ~ 8mm, and the phase between the primary crystal silicon layer to the remelted metal particle size of particles are not remelted base site size 1/4 ~ 1/10, with respect to the hardness of the layer is not remelted remelting portion hardness increased by about 50%, layer hardness is not less than remelting 150HV. The present invention is the heat engine piston fatigue strength is improved by about 2 to 5 times, to improve the life of the piston, the piston so as to meet the rigors of use.
