The utility model relates to a freeze melting device with an independent pre-cooling device. A high pressure gas inlet pipeline is connected with a gas heat exchanger of the pre-cooling device via a gas inlet electromagnetic valve; output is divided into two paths and connected with a heating gas inlet pipeline and a refrigerating gas inlet pipeline respectively via a heating electromagnetic valve and a refrigerating electromagnetic valve; output of a semi-conductor refrigerating plate of the pre-cooling device is connected with a low pressure gas returning pipeline; the refrigerating gas inlet pipeline, the heating gas inlet pipeline, the low pressure gas returning pipeline and a thermoelectric couple are coaxially placed inside a heat preservation sleeve; thermoelectric signals of the thermoelectric couple are inputted into a microcomputer via a temperature signal acquisition module; and the microcomputer outputs control signals after acquiring the temperature signals to control the pre-cooling device, a gas inlet electromagnetic valve, the heating electromagnetic valve and the refrigerating electromagnetic valve via an electromagnetic valve controller. The freeze melting device solves the technical problem of fast pre-cooling before gas throttling and refrigerating and gas rapid rewarming after gas freezing and melting, and has the advantages of convenient operation and carrying, simple structure, small and exquisite devices and low manufacturing.
