Thermoplastic resin thick walled casting product mold system

The invention relates to a thermoplastic resin thick walled casting product mold system. The system comprises a mold unit and a temperature change unit connected to the mold unit. The mold unit comprises a fixed mold plate (1) and a movable mold plate (2) matching with the fixed mold plate (1). The temperature change unit comprises a heating pipe (1), an air pump (12) and pipes connected to the mold unit. The temperature change unit controls a temperature of the mold unit. Compared with the existing mold system, the thermoplastic resin thick walled casting product mold system can process a thick walled casting product and low flow resin, has concentrated stress, does not influence mold clamping force, does not easily produce flash, and is provided with a cold slug well so that weld mark is reduced furthest and the whole molding period of the thick walled casting product is shortened.
