金黄色葡萄球菌对碘伏、乙醇、高铁酸钾和紫外线的抗性

2010
Objective To understand the resistance of clinically isolated MRSA, MSSA and CMCC (B) 26003 to iodophor, ethanol, two disinfectants commonly used in hospital and UV. Methods 67 strains of Staphylococcus aureus continuously collected were used as the experimental strains. Iodophor, ethanol, potassium ferrate as weel as UV were used to treat the experimental strains for certain times, then the MBCs were determined and the changes of the resistances were observed. Results Iodophor showed an obviously higher MBC to MRSA than to MSSA and CMCC (B) 26003, while the MBCs of ethanol and potassium ferrate to the 3 types of strain were similar. The resistances of the 3 types to UV were also similar. Conclusion Within commonly used concentration range, iodophor, ethanol and potassium ferrate all have satisfactory sterilizing effect on both MRSA and MSSA. No strains could survive when treated with UV for more than 75 minutes.
