The chuck is of a barrel body with a slot and an inclined face, and the trumpet-shaped opening of the rotary barrel is matched with the inclined face of the chuck. The procedures of upper hole section drilling, lower hole section drilling and hole reaming of the distributor in production are completed on one device, production efficiency is improved, and meanwhile product quality is improved.
