The provisions and the effect of defective goods in a consumer sales contract are regulated by Art. 8 ff of the Law on Protection of Consumers No 6502. Art. 8 of the Law on Protection of Consumers enumerates the circumstances under which goods are considered defective and accepted goods that are not delivered at the time fixed by a consumer sales contract as a type of defective goods. With this provision it is enable for consumers to benefit from the provisions on defective goods in case of not delivering the goods at the time fixed in the consumer sale contracts. In this study, the systematic of the placing of the goods that are not delivered at the time fixed by consumer sales contract under the heading “Defective Goods” in the the Law on Protection of Consumers No 6502 was evaluated and applicability and the results of the aforementioned regulation were examined
