The invention is characterized in that the soaking head device also comprises two separated and opposite upper vertical walls, a driving shaft, a driving handle, two separated and opposite lower vertical walls, a guiding shaft and a connecting rod structure, wherein the front part of each vertical wall is provided with a direction guide groove in horizontal arrangement, both ends of the driving shaft are penetrated on the two vertical walls and can rotate around the self axial line correspondingly to the upper vertical walls, the driving handle is connected on the driving shaft, a guiding groove is formed on each lower vertical wall, each guiding groove comprises a lower groove in horizontal arrangement and a transition groove in backwards inclined arrangement, the transition groove is communicated with the back end of the lower groove, both ends of the guiding shaft are movably penetrated in the direction guide grooves and the guiding grooves, and the connecting rod structure is connected between the driving shaft and the guiding shaft. The soaking head device mainly involves few components, the structure of each component and the mutual position relationship between the components are simple, and the assembly is convenient. During the operation, only the driving handle needs to be pulled, so the operation is simple and convenient.
