According to the technical scheme of the invention, the transmitting end encrypts the content information in need of transmission, the content information in need of transmission is broadcasted outwardly in an audio signal mode after the content information in need of transmission is encrypted, after the receiving end receives the audio signal, the content information can be acquired only after decryption, and safety of data transmission between the mobile terminals is improved.
