The invention belongs to the technical field of rod steel rolling, and relates to a control method for improving the abnormal structure of a core of anchoring rod steel. The control method comprises the following specific steps and parameters that the superheat degree in the continuous casting process is controlled and is smaller than or equal to 35 DEG C; a method of water cooling and return forging is adopted at the position behind a No.12 rolling machine before finish rolling,, and the rolling speed ranges from 6 m/s to 6.6 m/s; the finish rolling temperature is set to be 850 DEG C+/-15 DEG C, and temperature rise in the finish rolling process is controlled to range from 80 DEG C to 120 DEG C; after finish rolling, a cooler alternate cooling manner is adopted, and the instant cooling speed in the cooling process cannot exceed 260 DEG C/s; and the temperature of an upper cooling bed is controlled to range from 720 DEG C to 740 DEG C. The control method has the beneficial effects that the comprehensive mechanical performance and quality of the anchoring rod steel are improved, and the control method is used for improving the structure of the core of the anchoring rod steel.
