回顧與調整－美國“不讓一個兒童落伍”(NCLB)法令的現狀

It is more than two year since the implementation of the ”No Child Left Behind” act (NCLB), which influences the basic education abroad in US. In the article the background of its appearance and the situation of the implementation are introduced, and it points out the issues such as the highly qualified, adequate yearly progress and so on and some regulations in the reform. By analyzing them, the author hopes to supply us with some information about the basic education reform in US.
