This paper offers an integrative model of the linkages among external influences on sustainability strategies, an organization's foundational enablers of such strategies, decision drivers, inhibitors, actual practices, and overall performance. Results from worldwide survey data (N = 1,514) illuminate how leaders may simultaneously achieve their environmental, social, and financial goals.
