Coronavirus disease 2019 presenting with conjunctivitis as the first symptom

To the Editor: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a public health emergency that has reached the proportions of a pandemic. At present, Italy has been one of the most affected Countries with the majority of cases documented in Northern Italy, especially in the Lombardia Region. We herein report a case of confirmed COVID-19 presenting with unilateral conjunctivitis.
