CMP technique for CNT/SOD composite using ceria slurry

We have been trying to use a carbon nanotube (CNT) bundle as a via interconnect, and have developed a CNT growth technique and chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) technique for CNTs. With ceria slurry, the polishing rate was higher than that of silica slurry, and a smooth surface was obtained.
