Клинический случай множественной мононейропатии у больного с неходжкинской лимфомой

2014
In recent years, there has been an increased incidence of a variety of lymphoproliferative diseases, including non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas. Patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma often develop lesions of the peripheral nervous system. Neuropathies are usually being detected in patients with an established diagnosis of lymphoma and are rarely the initial manifestations of the underlying disease. We describe a 43-year-old patient with multifocal mononeuropathy caused by non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. This clinical case has shown that the pathology of the peripheral nerves, with the exclusion of other causes of the disease, could be the onset of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
