The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine bacteriostatic yield-increasing growth promotor for factory enoki mushrooms. The growth promotor consists of the following raw materials: 1-10% of honeysuckle vines, 2-8% of fructus forsythiae vines, 2-8% of dandelion, 1-10% of Astragalus root, and the balance of water. According to the growth promotor, through adding the traditional Chinese medicine growth promoter capable of inhibiting infectious microbes including bacteria, trichoderma and the like to the injected water, more than 95% of microbial contamination can be reduced; and at the same time, experiments show certain components in traditional Chinese medicine can increase the yield of the enoki mushrooms by more than 25g per bottle averagely and increase the biotransformation rate of the enoki mushrooms by more than 10%.
