Capacity Development for strengthening the gas sector in Mozambique

This report presents the results of a quick scan conducted on behalf of Nuffic in February 2014 by ECN and GGNI to assess the capacity needs in Mozambique, to identify potential NICHE programme partners and to present a framework that can be used to develop the NICHE gas development programme.
