Применение метода дисперсионного ЭКГ-анализа в условиях проведения коронароангиопластики

New non-invasive method of dispersion myocardial mapping was studied. Using this method, 87 patients with ICD and acquired heart defects were examined during coronarography and coronary angioplasty. Electric myocardial instability was estimated that developed owing to ischemia/hypoxia at the stage of coronarography and angioplasty according to criteria of dispersion deviations and color indication of quasi-epicardium. Dispersion mapping is a highly sensitive method of myocardial condition estimation as well as of its electrophysiological characteristics during coronarography and angioplasty.
