The highest level of shoot generation in the apical meristem explants was observed in Murashige and Skoog medium that contained 1 mg/l BA and 1 mg/l NAA. The best root formation was obtained from 8 mg/l indolebutyric acid. Young rooted shoots were transplanted to pots with sterile garden soil, and then grown in an acclimatization room.
