Integration of Surface and Mine Gravity Data for Localization Structural Faults on the Verkhnekamskoye Potassium-Magnesium Salt Deposit

The article deals with the possibility of localization of a geological anomaly, an erosional outcrop, which is dangerous for mining operations. Such outcrop poses an extreme threat to safe mining operations. Therefore, a set of geophysical works is required to locate such structural anomaly. The results of forward gravity solution for surface and mine conditions are presented. It is shown that combined analysis of two-level survey data allows definite localization of erosion outcrop on Verkhnekamskoye salt deposit. The obtained results are an important step towards safe operation on PJSC “Uralkali” mines.
