The performance of a 10 Gbits/s filtered dispersion-managed soliton system with lumped amplifiers

We simulated the performance of a 10-Gbit/s filtered dispersion-managed soliton system using Monte-Carlo techniques. The predicted noise behavior was in excellent agreement with the measured data.
