Matte scratch-resistant modified polypropylene composite material for interior trim of automobile

The invention provides a preparation method of a matte scratch-resistant modified polypropylene composite material for interior trim of an automobile. The method comprises the following steps of: uniformly mixing the polypropylene, filler, a toughener, a scratch-resistant agent and other addition agents according to a method for processing and forming the polymer; and granulating the mixture in a double screw extruder and drying to obtain the modified polypropylene. In the invention, addictives of high-density polyethylene and toughener polyolefin elastomer (POE) (a) for synergistic toughening, maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene coupling agent (b), high molecular weight scratch-resistant agent and polyfluortetraethylene wax powder (c), matte material (d) and the like are added in high-crystal polypropylene for combining, so that the composite material has favorable scratch resistance, matte effect in vision and rigid-tough balance in mechanical property.
