Employee performance can be influenced by several factors including compensation and work discipline. The better the performance produced, the better the quality and productivity of the company. This study aims to know whether there is an influence of compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Djitoe Indonesian Tobacco Surakarta. The type of data in this study are primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires that have been distributed to 50 employees for production at PT. Djitoe Indonesian Tobacco Surakarta. The analytical tool used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test obtained by using SPSS Version 20 program. The results show that compensation does not significantly influence performance employees,work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While compensation and work discipline together/ (simultaneous) have a significant effect on employees performance.
