Constructing laws of civil livelihood by integrating concept of civil livelihood into legislation infuses new animosity into the development of legislation and raises newer and higher requirements for China′s legislation.Constructing laws of civil livelihood demands developing democracy fully and ensuring the legislation of civil livelihood be scientific,democratic,and fair.Government should assume its responsibility earnestly and administrate according to the law and execute the law fairly so as to offer practical safeguard for improving livelihood.Legislative authorities should design their concepts and arrange their systems in terms of protecting livelihood rights and relieving livelihood interests and continuously enhance the protection of legislature over livelihood.
