Method for improving dendrobium candidum polysaccharide

2011
A method for improving dendrobium candidum polysaccharide belongs to the technical field of biological engineering. The dendrobium candidum is cultivated by the following method comprising the steps of: performing greenhouse cultivation for 2-3 months of dendrobium candidum seedlings, wherein the line spacing of the plants is 24-45 cm and the row spacing is 35-45 cm; performing interval illumination by continuously adopting a light and dark ratio at (12-15h):(2-5h), controlling the temperature in the greenhouse at 19-28 DEG C, spraying 0.02-0.05% monopotassium phosphate leaf fertilizer or 3-7% Fengjiamei bamboo vinegar leaf fertilizer once every 16-18 days, performing thorough irrigation once every 4-7 days, simultaneously, continuously exciting the plants by 100-120 db and 950-1100 Hz sound waves 1-3 times everyday, each for 1-3 hours, stopping the sound wave excitation after 20-30 days, and combining with a bud controlling and artificial bud picking method. According to the method, the content, quality and output of polysaccharide in dendrobium candidum can be obviously improved.
