효율적인 온라인 교육실습 실행을 위한 실습지도교사와 예비교사의 요구분석 및 사례탐구

Due to the prolonged Covid-19 situation, many on-site courses are being converted to online education. The teaching practicum, which is an essential course for the training of student-teachers, is also being converted and conducted on online education. The focus of this research is analyzing the needs of mentor teachers and student-teachers for online teaching practica in the untact education era. To do so, firstly, we identified the demands for content and detailed functions of an online platform of mentor teachers and student-teachers revealed through 2019 Chungcheong Provincial Teachers’ Research Union, then we looked at the contents of on-line teaching practicum from five Chungcheong Provincial Schools in 2020 to see how the demands were implemented. Secondly, by looking at the stories of four student-teachers who participated online teaching practica from different universities in 2020, we explored the needs and values to remember. As a result, the mentor teachers mentioned the importance of contents that reveals the flow of the entire teaching practicum, and the student-teachers mentioned the importance of content that is focused on the actual teaching practicum participation. Both mentor teachers and student-teachers have revealed the value of on-line teaching practicum based on interactive communication.
