The invention discloses a miniaturized medical detector and detection system. The medical detector comprises a sample adding mechanism, an optical detection mechanism, a reaction bin, a driving mechanism, an electrode tip, an image acquisition module and a detection result processing module, wherein the reaction bin is used for accommodating reagent plates; the driving mechanism is used for driving the reagent plates in the reaction bin to rotate; the optical detection mechanism is used for casting light rays on dry tablet reagents on the reagent plates along with rotation of the reagent plates and receiving light rays reflected by the dry tablet reagent, so that a reflection response voltage value of biochemical detection is obtained; the electrode tip is used for sequentially making contact with electrodes on the reagent plates through electrode contacts to read voltage detection values of biochemical detection and/or blood routing of samples; the image acquisition module acquires image data of reagent slots or interpretation windows in each reagent plate; the detection result processing module is used for calculation and analysis to obtain detection results of biochemical detection, blood routing, blood clotting, blood type and immunodetection.
