SPIRAL CT MANIFESTATIONS AND PATHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTIICS OF ORBITAL CAVERNOUS HEMANGIMA

Objective To analyze the CT manifestations and pathological characteristics of orbital cavernous hemangioma so as to make accurate diagnoses.Methods The spiral CT manifestations of 36 cases of tumor of duodenum were analyzed retrospectively and them contrasted with the pathological results.Results The tumors with smooth and regular margins in 36 cases all showed progressively delayed potentialization.The diameters ranged from 0.7cm to 3.2cm with the average being 2.3cm.8 cases showed marked potentialization and 5 cases showed moderate one.Conclusion Spiral CT can be used to accurately examine orbital cavernous hemangioma and qualitatively determine the lesions so as to provide reliable information for different therapies.
