Influencing Factors in the Academic Achievement of Neichuban Students in Shehezi City

This paper,on the basic of investigation into the situation of achievement of the students of neichuban and parallel classes in Shihezi City,makes a comparison between the influencing actors.The statistics indicates that the influencing factors have uniformity between neichuban classes and parallel classes.However,there are some differences in the factors in the relations between teachers and students,achievement motive levels and learning strategies.The achievements of neichuban classes have not significant correlation with the three factors.
