A 32MPa hydraulic fatigue test system is provided, which is characterized in that the system comprises a hydraulic control system, a hydraulic oil cooling system and a data acquisition control system; by using a main oil pump motor assembly as power supply, a main oil supply pipeline serves to connect the following parts in order, a high-pressure filter, an oil supply one-way valve, a three-position four-way directional control valve and an oil transfer line connected between the three-position four-way directional control valve and a sample branch, and a sample oil supply loop with a cut-off valve and formed by the sample branch; by using a sample with internal pressure as pressure source, the oil transfer line, three-position four-way directional control valve, a pressure relief pipeline and a hydraulic oil tank form a sample pressure relief loop.
