La granulomatose de Wegener : étude anatomo-clinique à propos de 36 observations de la région Rhône-Alpes

From a analysis of 36 personal observations of Wegener's Granulomatosis and a review of the literature, we have studied the clinical manifestations and laboratory and histopathological findings of the disease. We emphasize the importance of antibodies against neutrophil cytoplasm and surgical pulmonary biopsy in affirming the diagnosis.
