Mass measurement correction method and system

The invention discloses a mass measurement correction method and system. The method comprises: a standard counterweight and a to-be-measured counterweight are measured by multiple times to obtain a plurality of indicating values of the standard counterweight and the to-be-measured counterweight; aerostatic buoyancy correction and surface adsorption mass correction are carried out on the plurality of indicating values of the standard counterweight and the to-be-measured counterweight so as to obtain a plurality of indicating values of the standard counterweight and the to-be-measured counterweight after correction; indicating value differences between the standard counterweight and the to-be-measured counterweight are calculated based on the multiple indicating values after correction; and vacuum mass differences between the standard counterweight and the to-be-measured counterweight are calculated based on the indicating value differences so as to obtain the mass of the to-be-measured counterweight.
