Calculation-and-Experimental Assessment of the Serviceability of Pipe Elements Under Operating Conditions

Methods for the experimental simulation of equivalent operating loading conditions in the basic ranges of working medium parameters (pressure, temperature, aggregative state) have been developed. The experimental test jigs and computational-experimental base created allowed us to carry out studies of the stress-strain state and fracture kinetics of pipe elements under conditions simulating thermomechanical load spectra to diagnose the real state of pipelines and to estimate the remaining life from functional fitness indices.
