Interleukin 17 Inhibitors

Abstract IL-17 is an important cytokine responsible in the pathogenesis of both plaque psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. Secukinumab, ixekizumab, and brodalumab are all drugs with unique pharmacologic and immunologic properties that are used to effectively and safely treat psoriatic disease.
