Control System in a Rolling Plant's Gas Generator Based on PLC and iFIX

Gas generator is one of the most important devices in rolling plant,what it does is to provide efficient,clean gas for regenerative heating furnace,while the normal operation of gas generator is directly related to the follow-up production.In order to implement the effective control to the gas generator,the real-time monitoring system and real-time acquisition based on the iFIX is designed.Various signals of S7-300 PLC are collected through MPI cable,such as gas temperature,pressure,saturation temperature,blast pressure etc,and self-control,real-time display and transfinite alarm are carried out so that the anticipative design goal has been realized.
