Submandibular Gland Preservation during Concurrent Neck Dissection and Transoral Surgery for Oropharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

ObjectivesAnalyze the effect of ipsilateral submandibular gland preservation on patients undergoing concurrent neck dissection and transoral surgery for oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
