Packaged Dish Antenna for Wireless Terahertz Photonic Crystal Waveguide Devices

A robust packaging structure for all-silicon terahertz photonic crystal waveguide devices is devised. A reflector dish is incorporated, to realize a scalable, wide-aperture antenna for practical wireless applications of terahertz waves.
