The invention provides a high-definition image dynamic acquisition method based on spectral analysis, which belongs to the technical field of computer vision measurement. The invention relates to a high reflection separation method based on spectral selection and the high-definition image dynamic acquisition method based on camera exposure parameter time control. The method comprises the steps that a light strip image quality evaluation criteria is established, and an image average gray threshold range which meets a light strip feature information extraction requirement is acquired; spectral analysis is carried out on multi-light-source information, and high brightness environment light is separated based on the spectral difference between feature light and environment light; by adjusting the exposure time of a camera in real time, the collected light amount of the camera is controlled; and in an overall line laser scanning measurement process, a high quality sequence image with basically consistent brightness is acquired, wherein the image meets light strip feature information extraction. According to the method, the high quality light strip feature image can be efficiently acquired in a three-dimensional shape measurement process, and the acquired light strip sequence image has the advantages of high quality, clear feature and strong light interference resistance, and meets high-precision image feature extraction.
