Dificultades y dilemas en el peritaje de niños en los procesos de divorcio parental

Divorce from parent figures is a time of high stress for both parent figures and their children. During divorce situations increases this stress: the differences in perception of both parental figures, economic situations, social changes, the possibility existence of gender violence or other family violence. In these conflictive cases, an expert opinion about the children can requested with the claim that this result influences the benefit each one of the parental figures. Experts in parental divorce is a highly complex issue due to the form and content of the issues to be addressed and because it must be submitted the report to the judge.
