The cup body comprises an outer cup wall, an inner cup wall and a cup bottom. The cup bottom comprises an upper connector, an ultrasonic oscillation device, a battery, a water level sensor, a control circuit and a battery management circuit. The base comprises a power line, a power plug and a lower connector. The ultrasonic fast dissolving cup is powered on through the upper connector and the lower connector, and electric energy is stored in the battery and supplied to a power utilization circuit; after the circuit is switched on, the ultrasonic oscillation device generates mechanical vibration, and then solutes in water are quickly dissolved under the ultrasonic effect; whether water exists in the cup or not is monitored through the water level sensor, and therefore the ultrasonic oscillation device is protected, and use of the ultrasonic fast dissolving cup is safer.
