Study on the clinical effect and safety of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy

Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.Methods 72 operative patients with oophoritic cyst in our hospital from October 2011 to January 2013 were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group(open ovarian cystectomy group) with 36 cases and observation group(la paroscopic ovarian cystectomy group)with 36 cases,then the blood loss,evacuation time,pregnancy rate,time to pregnan cy,incidence of complications and perioperative oxidative stress state of two groups were compared.Results The blood loss,evacuation time,pregnancy rate,time to pregnancy,incidence of complications of observation group were all better than those of control group,the fluctuation of perioperative oxidative stress was smaller than those of control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect and safety of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy are both higher,and the bad operative influence for the patients is smaller.
