Evaluation on internal service quality, employee satisfaction and behavior of the community health service in Beijing

All 220 employees from 97 community health services in Beijing were surveyed as to evaluating the internal service quality, employee satisfaction and work behavior.Both in internal service quality and employee satisfaction degrees, the community health service employees had a low scores as comparing with their salaries, benefits and workloads.And 28.2% employees had once the idea of resigning.
