The present invention relates to a petrochemical plant resistant to hydrocarbons aging control cable and its manufacturing method, the outer periphery of stranded copper conductors constituting uniformly extruded insulated control cable core insulation layer, a plurality of control cable composed of stranded insulated core control cable core, the outer periphery of the cable core longitudinally sequentially wrapped with fire retardant, an aluminum foil shielding tape composite, aging resistance hydrocarbons liner, nylon sheath and the resistance to aging hydrocarbon outer sheath composite foil shielding tape aluminum foil and the inner face is provided with copper drain wire. The inner liner layer and the outer sheath of the following components by weight, PVC-SG2: 15 parts; NBR? 3305: 5 parts; propylene glycol polyester of adipic acid: 3-7 parts; epoxidized soybean oil: 2-3 parts; barium stearate: 0.6 parts to 1; tribasic lead sulfate: 1 to 1.5 parts; diphenols trimethylolpropane: 0.05 to 0.1 parts; antimony trioxide: 3 to 5 parts; -52 chlorinated paraffin: 0.1 to 0.5 parts; ferrocene: 0.3 to 0.5 parts. The cable can be resistant to aging hydrocarbons, small diameter, light weight.
