Optimal content design and implementation strategies of non-parallelism eLearning models

2010
The eLearning solutions available today are observed to be designed as Parallelism platforms characterised by very good look and feel environment with all objects having ‘always-available’ status, and competing with the learning zone of each of the Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS). This paper proposes a non-parallelism design for eLearning solutions as an optimal strategy for enhancing learner's concentration and so minimising the impact of most learner distractors within LCMS. The paper also identifies some vital content development and implementation tools aimed at optimising the quality and deliverables of eLearning systems.
