The invention discloses an array lens imaging system and a clear imaging method for a high-speed moving object with the same. The array lens imaging system comprises a data processing terminal and multiple lenses composed of a microlens array and an imaging sensor array arranged below the microlens array. Each microlens in the microlens array is in one-to-one correspondence with imaging sensors in the imaging sensor array. The data processing terminal can control the layout, the starting time and the scanning and gathering position and range of pixel points of a lens need to be opened in the microlens array, and the data processing terminal can scan and gather the pixel points of an opened lens and can process and composite an image. According to the array lens imaging system and the clear imaging method for the high-speed moving object with the same, multiple lenses which are arranged in an array mode are utilized, catching is conducted successively on the high-speed moving object, or catching is conducted in different parts of the high-speed moving object simultaneously, clear imaging of the high-speed moving object can be achieved, the needed equipment is little, and the operation is convenient.
