Primary Choriocarcinoma of the Lung: Presentation of a Case and Review of the Literature

A 67-year-old man with persistent haemoptysis was found to have primary choriocarcinoma of the lung. Only previous cases were found in the international literature. Hyperprolanuria B would seem to ve the most important factor for early diagnosis. The recommended treatment is surgery in accordance with the oncologic criteria for bronchopulmonary cancer.
