Failure Analysis of Lox pipeline Outlet Elbow of Main Condenser Evaporator

Based on lox pipeline outlet elbow burst accident of main condenser evaporator about air separation unit of a large coal chemical project,according to the macro characteristics of the elbow,material composition analysis,mechanics analysis,electron microscopic morphology and map,the inducement and the process of burst was analyzed,the main cause of the burst was confirmed,and the elbow's suggestions for improvement were proposed.
